Carla Caroli has over 15 years’ experience in corporate and commercial matters. She has advised hundreds of SMEs on funding rounds, shareholders agreements, option schemes, share capital restructure, loan agreements, guarantees, terms and conditions, data protection documents, licences and assignments of intellectual property and a wide range of commercial contracts. 

Carla Caroli is a solicitor qualified in England and in Brazil. She has worked at CMS Cameron and McKenna and has been a part of LawBite team since 2017. She is fluent in Portuguese and understands Spanish very well. Carla has broad international experience and has worked, lived and studied in the UK, Brazil, the US and Germany. 

Carla is extremely business oriented and passionate about understanding her clients’ needs and delivering the best legal advice to help their business flourish safely.
